The most annoying part about setting up a new community: finding a layout. I've been aimlessly and without much luck browsing layouts for the past hour and am dangeriously close to just going with LJ's Cardboard theme. (Which doesn't have a banner. I WANT A BANNER. /tantrum)

So tell me, dear LJers. Who are your favorite layout makers?

(I don't want to go into detail about what I'm looking for exactly because I'm a picky freak when it comes to LJ layouts, but I will say that I would appreciate links to makers who don't tend to make many mistakes when coding their stuff. I don't have time to poke at code for hours at the moment, unfortunately.)
